Memory Cross Challenge: Easter is More than Bunnies
This week’s Memory Cross challenge is to help get ready for Easter.
It is hard for many people (even some who say that they are Christians) to understand that Easter is not about bunnies, candy and Easter eggs.
It is about the Cross. It is about our sin. Jesus had to come and lead an absolutely perfect life and then sacrifice it all to save us from our horrible fate that we had in our own sins.
How much more awesome is that than candy bunnies? Someone loved us so much that he had to die even though he COMMITTED NO SINS and DID NOT DESERVE IT…in order to save you and me.
That, my friends, is what we need to share this season. So…go serve the King!
