It is just silly for those who say that they will believe in God if He will appear to them.
But if God appeared to them, they would instantly die. He is holy and the Bible says that His holiness would consume them faster than the surface of the sun would melt already soft butter.
God doesn’t require that we “believe” in Him. The Bible says that demons believe and tremble. Besides, all men already know that God exists. He has given light to every man(John 1:9); it’s just that there are some that the Scriptures call “fools” who deny that God exists(Psalm 14:1)
To be saved comes from more than just a prayer or just belief. It comes when we obey God by turning from sin and trusting in Jesus. You need to make him the most important thing in life. It is not about looking cool or being popular. It is about Him!
